PRIVACY POLICY

Houston Cancer Institute, PA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Memorial Longevity Clinic, operates an internal QuickBooks Online integration tool for internal business and accounting purposes.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the internal accounting integration tool used by Houston Cancer Institute, PA staff to access and manage financial data via the QuickBooks Online platform. This tool is not a public-facing application and is not available to the general public.

2. Data We Access

Through our integration with QuickBooks Online, we access the following categories of financial data: transaction records (income, expenses, journal entries), accounts payable and accounts receivable data, vendor and customer records, and chart of accounts and financial report data. This data is accessed solely for internal accounting, financial reporting, and administrative purposes.

3. How We Use Data

Accessed data is used exclusively for internal financial reporting and analysis, transaction classification and reconciliation, management of payables and receivables, and general accounting and bookkeeping functions. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose outside of internal business operations.

4. Data Storage

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely within our internal systems and are accessible only to authorized staff. Financial data accessed through the integration is not persistently stored beyond what is necessary for the completion of a specific task.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any data accessed through this integration with third parties. All data remains within the internal systems of Houston Cancer Institute, PA.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect access credentials and any data accessed through this integration, including use of OAuth 2.0 for authentication and restricted access to authorized personnel only.

7. Retention

Authentication tokens are retained as needed to maintain the integration and are revoked upon discontinuation of use. Accessed financial data is not retained beyond operational necessity.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
