The Memorial Longevity Clinic is strictly focused on two key principals: 1) Aggressive screening for early detection, and 2) Risk mitigation through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. Our Longevity Plans give you a strategy for healthy living and avoiding chronic diseases.
Absolutely, we can offer any of our screenings or individual tests and services as a one-off service. You can schedule a service by completing a new member application.
No, our plans are not covered by insurance. Our clinic is cash pay. However, certain a la carte services or medical care that follow a medical diagnosis may be eligible for reimbursement by some insurance plans.
To us, Concierge Medicine means providing members with a personalized, convenient, and a VIP experience. To us, you're not an appointment, you're a partner in health.
