Official Rules & Terms

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Houston and the Greater Houston area, age 18 or older.

  • Employees of Memorial Longevity Clinic, @theirregularlens, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

  • Follow both @memoriallongevityclinic and @theirregularlens on Instagram.

  • Share the giveaway post on your story (screenshot or account activity may be requested to verify).

  • Tag friends in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).

  • Bonus entry: Repost the giveaway video on your feed (optional).

  • Limit: Unlimited entries by tagging friends; one repost counts as bonus entries.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Prizes

  • One winner will each receive one (1) Cardiac Stress Test at Memorial Longevity Clinic, 1220 Blalock Rd #100, Houston, TX 77055.

  • Approximate retail value per prize: $350.

  • Total prize value: $1,050.

  • Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of winner notification.

  • Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Clinic’s discretion.

4. Giveaway Period

  • Starts: September 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST

  • Ends: September 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM CST

  • Winners will be selected at random within 7 days of contest closing.

5. Winner Notification

  • Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 days of drawing.

  • Winner must respond within 7 days to claim prizes, or alternate winners will be selected.

  • By entering, winner consents to Memorial Longevity Clinic and @theirregularlens using their name/likeness for promotion (without revealing any medical information).

6. General Conditions

  • Participation does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

  • The cardiac stress test is for screening purposes only and does not substitute for ongoing medical care.

  • Clinic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
